Damn you:D You try front squats after leg pressing and then do some killer drops with extentions:ugh:
I separate quads and hammies for different days.Quads alone and hamstrings with lowerback..

Thanks bro.My shoulders has gotten some punishment in last few weeks ,so ill take it little lighter for upperbody(at least w. delts and chest)..if my ego lets me:ughnoes:
