First time I've been in here and I like what I see; more guys should do deads. A question though: why so much work for biceps? Are they a natural weak point for you genetically?

Biceps are not really weak point for me i think ,but you be the judge.I just pumped them with little weights,as you can see theres not too many sets done..

Thank you all for your comments!Last few days has been very busy for me..i ate about 2-3 meals per days..so calories and protein intake has been very low..but no work for next 4 days so its all about training ,eating and resting.:hsughr:

I understand what your sayin and its cool..ive been very tired and low on energy for few days and i went little too heavy this time on bb rows..when i shouldnt have..and yes i wasnt happy at all with that.
