First time I've been in here and I like what I see; more guys should do deads. A question though: why so much work for biceps? Are they a natural weak point for you genetically?

I understand what your sayin and its cool..ive been very tired and low on energy for few days and i went little too heavy this time on bb rows..when i shouldnt have..and yes i wasnt happy at all with that.sorry bud but thats def. not a bb row
looks more like a deadlift, row combination but thats def. too much weight for you to handle![]()
