Thanks for stopping by Chesti.Regular bench is not really better than CGs at tho moment.Have to take small steps with benching,cause of my shoulders..

just thought I'd drop in after you posted in my log, looking through the last couple of sessions I'm impressed with the numbers dude. That 210kg deadlift for 2 was awesome!
