Wasn't trying to brag... but I just mentioned that set because I would not have been able to do it if I did not squat the way I do now. My back would have given out or started hurting. Its always good to take the weakest link out of play in any exercise like lower back, wrists, grip, knees, etc

Strong session Lion and Great vids! That squatting is really nice. :xyxthumbs:

And I can't go deeper than that eather, and our gym owner (he is bodybuilder) said that it is different move, full squat and squat. Technique is different in those moves. He also said that if I want to lift bigger weights I should chance my squatting technique.

So doing shoulders before chest does not effect your workout?? I try to separate the body parts as much as possible due to this dilemma.

Sundays shoulder session should have been done on saturday ,but i spent 6 hours in "train" so i wasnt really up for it.Chest is coming up nicely and i think 140kg on inclines isnt too far away..:hsughr:

hehe, nah I have high bloodpresure. And I cant get 100% contact with my chest because I closegrip to spare my left shoulder..my triceps gets much more then my chest :disgust:
