Not bad, not bad.. but I expect stronger shoulders than that when I see your back and chest workouts. :tiphat: Like pressing 105kg for 8-10 or side laterals with 25-30 kg :gaygay:

decent sessions, pullups are always good :2:

i hate getting glute and ham cramps from deads too, just ruins the whole day for pulling :angrydude:
