My sessions been very good lately.I dont know what it is ,but training is a lot of fun and weights keep getting bigger

why are so good lately? maybe because of beer? :keke: lol jk bro, good nutrition, proper training, and motivation,discipline ..imo :D

damn i envy u that pressing strenght! that military press is just awesome bro:2: and that dropset sure looks crazy:D close grip bench looks awesome too, especially for just having massacred ur shoudlers. crazy side laterals too, but i would really discard those front raises. front delts get enough through chest training and military presses anyway, wouldnt compromise their recovery:)

Thanks bulkie.I do agree w you.I just did front raises to add some variety to my session.I usually dont do them and you pretty much typed all the reasons:tiphat:
