wow, those EZ bar extensions are heavy dude, and u was taking it easy!:D lol, i havent really done seated extenions in awhile, i prefer lying on a flat bench, scull crushers, do u feel they are heavier or lighter or about the same than scullcrushers?

No i really wasnt taking it easy..i was just forced to use smaller weights ,but i made the lift hard as i could for myself:tiphat:
I think they are little heavier when doing seated ,but it really depends on who u ask.Some of my friends claim that seated version is easier.For myself ,seated is much heavier and i thinks its because the bigger range of motion.

Rest of the session was very light.Did DB flyes,dips,side laterals,rear laterals and upright rows.Just pumped little blood in there.Bench should have been lighter ,but i felt good so..:coolguy:
Tomorrow ill do little back and arms.

sorry to hear about ur back pain m8:/ where in ur back does it hurt? im guessing lower back issues. u think its muscular or what?

Thanks bulkie.Yeah its mucle pain for sure.I might be same problem that i had few weeks ago->tight hamstring/glute area that causes it,but i think its little different this time.Lets see what the doctor says..

So Heath Curls are non-alternating DB Curls, aha.

to bad about ur back, think its a good idea to not do too many lower back stressing movements at once, and also, increasing on squats and deads at the same time is something i think is very stressful for the lower back. just listen to ur body, and when it starts playing up, give it a weeks rest, that always brings u back:)

session looks good though, nice bicep work, and tricep extensions looks solid, i thought u preffered seated extensions though?:D

Well i had week rest and it did good and im starting things slowly again.
I prefer both actually:D

You are having a kinda bad year Lion, with a lot of injuries. Hopefully it will be better soon.
