Nice work bud. Add weight on your dips if you can. I'm definitely sure you can bust 10+ reps with a 10 lb plate atleast! Nice presses! ;)

Thanks:keke:Actually,i can do them w 45kg and that would be 100lbs.As for my bw dips,i could probably do 30 reps if i wanted but i do them pretty slowly and using lot of contraction.
