Hey man, Those Close grip benches are sick, its no wonder you had a good burn in the tris. I'm with you about the bicep work. It's hard for me to get a good burn out of mine too. I got two things for you, 1. It's an incredibly small muscle group that recovers faster than most other muscle groups. 2. Think about leading with your wrists when you do your curling movements. This technique puts more emphasis on the bicep and less on the forearm.
Otherwise, thats a great workout bro and you have nada to feel bad about!

Great work there, CGP are awesome and the lying ez bar extensions are "brutal" like you said. Maybe its time for you to increase that poundage big man!

Thanks pete.You kind of misunderstood me.I usually get my bis easily pumped ,but today was one of those rare times i didnt.My biceps grow very easily,so i dont stress too much about that.Thanks anyway and i appreciated the fact that you tried to help.:2:

Thanks bro.I do like to be progressive.Probably add another 2,5kg for next week.That 7 sets is pure pain ,so cant go really heavy on these.Main focus is to get that "superpump" which is the best way to stretch the fascia.

wow bro, incredible leg session right there! 160 kg for 12 reps is very impressive man, and those high rep leg presses look killer as well, ure really having some amazing sessions man, oh and good call about stopping sl deads cuz of ur lower back, thats the sign of a smart trainer:)
