Well those weights are actually very light for me.But performing them in part of giant sets they were murder..

I gotta say that it was torture,i honestly felt like crying ,but i saved me from bad joint pain so you just do what you gotta do.I beleave techiques like these can spice things little bit and and add little growth.Thanks yuo bulkie:tiphat:

Sick workout. All though I see your shoulder workout is affecting your Arms like you said.

I put shoulders and triceps together to eliminate overlap, the thing is tho that It hurts really really bad. But my arms grow so much better , just food for thought.

Thanks bro.That would be a solution ,but usually this wont bother me.That shoulder session was just to spice things up.After normal session this wouldnt be a problem.Thanks again checking my log:2:

Nice arm workout bro, I got a same prob with shoulders, so I usally train them in the same day like Kurt said.

finally googled French Press, and they are what I call nose breakers which sounds more manly, I personally couldn't do these until I got an elbow sleeve.

What sort of dip belt do you have? Maybe time to swap it for something better, or some rope.

Its a regular powerlifting belt.I use rope to handle the weights.I think i need to write santa about new dip belt.
