That is only 2.7 mph.. Bump it up a bit to like 3.5..... You need to make your self work.. You don't have the easiest time losing weight.![]()

I would put the MPH at 2.5 or maybe slightly lower. Remember you want the intensity very low. Dont listen to people saying to up your intensity. Yes that works but not with the Palumbo diet.
