Well he should definetely avoid lactose but skyr has three time the ammount of protein to carb, which makes it just the same as low fat cottage cheese, nutrition wise anyway

i do avoid skyr, when i´m doing pre-contest dieting but in offseason i eat like 1kg of it a day.mmmmm

Firstly, read the log. He's involved in a ketogenic dietry. Carbs in general are avoided, especially lactose or any other dairy type.

Max. You make me laugh for some odd reason.

I'm mildly sceptical on those incline DBs personally. Max isn't known for having a great chest...

today was back,calves,cardio

deadlift:
-140kg 6 reps
-140kg 6 reps
-140kg 6 reps

i didn´t feel so heavy but it was safe so i just went with it, since straining the right trap for 3 weeks or so i didn´t wanna go so heavy

bb rows:
-90kg 10 reps
-90kg 10 reps
form was key here, no jerking or anything like that, just slow controlled reps

pulldown to the rear:
-50kg 20 reps

then 6 sets of calves: reps 6,10,20

cardio:am and pm 45 mins on treadmill speed 2,8mph

i got me a new haircut today

the cardio is so slow though... is it supposed to be THAT slow on this diet? i know low intensity, but i thought low intensity was like 5-6 mph :wutyousay:

Yeah its supposed to be that slow I would like him to lower it just a little. But we need him to figure out his heartrate that occurs at certain speeds. Anywhere from 100-115 heart rate.

Judging by Max's videos, there's only one bodypart he works out effectively and that's his back. He surprised me at how well he performed pull ups, doing 10 or more in good form. Not ironically, his back is by far his greatest bodypart.

that was not regular pullups, as i call it fitness pullups, but i could post another vid how i do pullups without any cheating

Flex was complementing you on your regular pull ups in your training video.
