Tony,

I agree with you for most bodybuilders who are on the pulmbo diet. However Max is not your every day bodybuilder. I mean lets call a spade a spade here. He has a hard time putting on muscle and losing fat. He has came a long way over the past few years, but if he plans to do well on this comp he needs to up it. The pictures prove it, he is behind.. You and I are not there to monitor what he is eating. He has lied before why wouldn't he lie again? I apologize for my candor here but the truth hurts.. Move your butt on the treadmill Max. Prove us haters wrong.. Let us see those ABS.. :xyxthumbs:

today i did:shoulders,tricep,cardio

db shoulder press:
-32kg 6 reps
-35kg 6 reps
-32kg 6 reps

db laterals:
-12kg 10 reps
-15kg 10 reps

db rear laterals:
-22kg 20 reps

Lying triceps press:
-42kg 6 reps
-42kg 6 reps
-42kg 6 reps

one arm db extension:
-12kg 10 reps
-15kg 10 reps

pushdowns:
-25kg 20 reps

cardio:45 mins on treadmill at speed 5,0

oday was legs and cardio



Squats:
-110kg 6 reps
-120kg 6 reps
-130kg 6 reps

Leg press:
-220kg 10 reps
-220kg 10 reps

leg extension:
-150lbs 20 reps


cardio: 45 mins on treadmill

not really a good workout, everything was heavy enough, i wanted to increase the squat but it was heavy enough

Max from now on bump the cardio up to an hour. What was the MPH you did it at?

Ok Tony, you give great advice and all but shouldn't you tell him to watch his Heart Rate? I mean isn't that what Dave preaches keep your BPM to 130? So I wouldn't give him an exact mph/km to go by.

Well if he goes under the speeds i provided then his heart rate should be around 100.

1. Stop your lying about the weight you use.
2. Split your cardio up. One session in the morning and one at night.
3. Get a Heart Rate Monitor do not start your timer until you reach 130 bpm
4. Be more consistent posting in here

Do you still eat skyr while shedding fat? So far I've only found it one place in Denmark and its expensive. Maybe you outta start exporting that stuff to the rest of the world! In your pics you seem to have a little more adipose tissue than desired if you plan to compete soon , but what da hell, just being from Iceland gets you some respect in my book at least.
