meal 2 was: a can of tuna

a cup of green beans steamed

meal 4 was: can of tuna
a cup of broccoli

meal 5 was: can of tuna

meal 6 will be: non flavor skyr 200g

so it´s around 250g protein,85g carbs and 70g fats and 2000 Cals
cardio: running at 9,0 speed for 20mins 5 min warm up but didn´t have time for cooldown cuz the gym was closing
What is skyr?
Skyr is a very popular health product in Iceland and was recently introduced to the US in select Mid-Atlantic and New England gourmet stores. Varying slightly between brands, unflavored skyr is roughly 12% protein, 3% carbohydrate, and 0.5% fat. It is high in calcium.
You need to do long duration-low intensity cardio when on low carb.
