i´ve been the same diet for the past 2 weeks, it´s just easyer to eat the fish that is why the change. 2 mins in microwave:headbang:

Tuna isn't that bad. Although, eating tuna on its own is quite hard to get down as its so dry. I can only eat it if theres some mustard mixed in or a little bit of mayo.

talked to my trainer and it´s looks like i´ll be removing carbs 20g every 2 or so depending how im looking and how im progressing, so far im going down nicely

workout looks good, and nutrition plan sounds like a plan too. how much down you wanna go on your carbs? i did a low carb once, got me down 30lbs and a shit load of bf but also lost a hell of muscles..

depends on how im improving, maybe in the last 2 weeks i´ll be down to 20-40 but it all depends how everything goes

no just mod carbs-low carbs, so far i´ve been eating 160g of carbs but i´ll just lower the carbs as needed, when i lower the carbs i try it for 2 weeks
i hope i don´t need to go so low but it all depends how i progress, i hope my lowest will be around 80g but like i said it all depends how im progressing
