im almost done with 3 weeks of my prep, longest time i go without cheating. im thinking to maybe post pics i´ll take tomorrow just maybe, i did reduce my carbs yesterday in hope of better loss of weight im thinking to check my weight in the mornig of tomorrow. also this week will be the week of 4 cardio sessions, i did cardio today and i will do another one tomorrow. diet has been on track so im very happy but i´ve had to put up with ppl eating pizza and feeling fine not eating so i think that´s a good thing. can´t wait to see how my end results will be

my weight is now 85,9 so im happy im losing weight and fat

training split is 4 days a week, but with cardio 5 days
and just 14 weeks to improve im really exited about it

and pain ok i´ll put on some boxers instead:borat:

from now on the temptation won´t be so much, a brother of mine has been with me the past week and he has been eating crap, and i could say no to him all the time, so i think i can weather the storm

did lowerbody today, i wasn´t 100% was sick yesterday

front squats:
-40kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps

leg extension:
-130lbs 15 reps
-130lbs 15 reps
-150lbs 12 reps

leg curls:
-3 sets 110lbs 10 reps

stiff leg deadz:
-60kg 10 reps
-70kg 10 reps
-80kg 10 reps

standing calf raises:
-100kg 15 reps
-110kg 15 reps
-120kg 12 reps

seated calf raises
-3 sets 35kg 12 reps

no cardio today not ready for it, hope to do it tomorrow

You did less sets than in your last leg workout, didn't you? Why?
