today was legs and cardio

front squats:
-40kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps

leg press:
-150kg 10 reps
-180kg 10 reps
-200kg 10 repes.....damn i killed it on the last 2 reps

leg extension:
-130lbs 15 reps
-150lbs 15 reps
-170lbs 15 reps

leg curls:
-3 sets 110lbs 10 reps

stiff leg deadz:
-60kg 10 reps
-70kg 10 reps
-80kg 10 reps

standing calf raises:
-70kg 15 reps
-80kg 15 reps
-90kg 15 reps

seated calf raises:
-3 sets 3 plates 15 reps

cardio: bike for 25 mins

just keep working ur ass off. no cheating on ur diet or skipping cardio now max. keep trucking and maybe ull actually reach ur goal this time. the last pic does show a decrease in bf, but u still have a long way to go to be able to step onstage.

your right and im doing the what needs to be done, this prep has been so diffrent from the past one, i´ve been sticking to the same diet not changing every week like last time, cardio really intense and i don´t even think about having a cheat meal

they are long enough, last week i only did 3 session 20 mins and still lost 2lbs, this time im doing 4 25mins, so i´ll see how that will work

incline machine press:
-90kg 6 reps
-100k 5 reps
-100kg 4 reps

bb rows:
-100kg 5 reps
-100kg 5 reps
-100kg 5 reps

db shoulder press
-3 sets 30kg 5 reps

bb shrugs:
-3 sets 120kg 5 reps

pushdown:
-45kg 5 reps
-50kg 5 reps

db curls:
-22kg 6 reps
-25kg 5 reps

cardio:bike 25 mins

I burn more calories than that taking a dump.

Your diet must be spot on because I don't know anyone that can burn fat doing such little cardio. Unless your genetics are that of superman.

Good job max, u look much leaner man! keep up the good work, even if you dont do well at your show, u surely will get yourself in the best shape of your live and have an crazy offseason afterwards man!
