just a little notes on my training: the last 4 weeks ive been switching up alot my training

the first 2 weeks i did max-ot and then i decided i wanted to do higer reps so i did a volume week and then after that i figured that i would go back to the lanye norton type of training, day 1 powerday upperbody 1 exercise per bodypart and 3 sets of 5,day 2 powerday lowerbody
day 3 volumeday chest and back
day 4 legs,calfs
day 5 shoulders,bicep,tricep

some update on my prep: first week on the new diet and i didn?t lose any weight but i look leaner so it must be working
im still at 80,1kg

ye im not worried. its 2 diffrent weeks, like on week a i have like 150g of carbs where on the other week im at 200g and also the saturday of both diet weeks i just eat like a pig and eat as much carbs as possible. the sunday on both weeks is the same wich is just zero carbs

i guess i should get this log going again

im back on layne norton type routine,day1 upper body power,day 2 lowerbody power, day 3 volume chest,back,day 4 legs volume,day 5 shoulders and arms volume

so today was upperbody power, it has been a snowstorm the past 2 days so im starting the lifting week today

incline bench press:
-32kg 5 reps
-32kg 5 reps
-32kg 5 reps

bb row:
-90kg 5 reps
-90kg 5 reps
-90kg 5 reps

standing shoulder press:
-40kg 5 reps
-45kg 5 reps
-45kg 5 reps

bb shrugs:
-110kg 5 reps
-110kg 5 reps
-110kg 5 reps
