not been in here for a while so i guess i could log some workouts of mine
yesterday i did some chest
db incline press:
-15kg wu
-25kg 12 reps
-27kg 12 reps
-30kg 12 reps
-32kg 10 reps
flat db press
-27kg 10 reps
-30kg 10 reps
weighted dips:
-45lbs/20kg plate 12 reps
-45lbs/20kg plate 8 reps
-35lbs/15kg plate 10 reps
3 sets of cable crossover and a drop set
getting very close to having that sixpack so soon it will be a clean bulk up time, can?t wait. but at the moment im in the 10-12%bf range
