yea i've gotta do some vids soon, i always want to do some and then i get too hyped before going to gym and forget all that. i workout by myself lately so its kinda hard for me to do vids.. i see what i can do on friday/sat on back day *if my ham feels alright*.. :thumbsup2:

did legs today,

pulled my right hamstring again while stretching :omgwtf: i stretched my left quad between the squats and i actually didn't even stretched the right leg it was just in front like in lunges and i just felt a sharp pain again on the same spot i had it before.. sharp pain and cramped up immediately.

time: 38 min
weight: 259.6 lbs

squats: 135 / 225 / 315 / 405 (10/10/10/8 reps)
inc. legpress: 450 / 640 / 990 / 1080 (12/10/10/8 reps)
one legged leg curl: 80 / 90 / 120 / 120 (10/10/10/8 reps, no issues here with the hamstring which is kinda weird)
seated calf raises: 3x20 with 5x45lbs plates
standing calf raises; 4x12 with 395lbs

thats it for today. tomorrow or thu. shoulders :)

Congrats man, sucks to hear bout your hammy, shit happens, i tend not to stretch it so much until im at home or before i workout.
405 for squats with 8 is amazing man, soon you'll be at the 500club with reps! keep it up man

peck deck flys: 215 / 215 (8 reps with super squeeze and hold it until i couldn't do it anymore at last rep)
dips: 3x15 270lbs
cable extensions: 4x15 reps with 200lbs
bb shrugs: 225 / 315 / 405 / 495 (10/10/10/9 reps)
db shrugs: 3x12 reps with 150lbs

thats it for today, feel exhausted now. stay in my bed for the rest of the day and watch movies :coolguy:

one old gym member i used to train with (dude is 53yrs, 6'3 and 315lbs former powerlifter) a year ago saw me today, havent seen him for about 8-9 month and he was like " holy shit kai you look massive! "

gives me more motivation to be hardcore :)

Be careful with teh hammy (oh and leg curls recruit the hammys and things differently to other leg exercises, check the articles section for a thread I posted on it).

Nice DB bench there :xyxthumbs:

hit legs today, felt ok could be better.. worked in with my bro "big d".. after i finished my squats he did standing behind the neck presses with 225 and 275 and made me look like a weakster :tear:
