-30kg for 10 reps
-40kg for 10 reps

Db shoulder press:
-15kg for 12 reps
-17kg for 12 reps

-22kg for 4 reps......i was so exhousted

Db laterals:
-4kg for 15 reps
-6kg for 15 reps

Db rear laterals:

Not surprise you were knackered after all the sets and reps of presses you'd done already! I do shoulders and legs the same day - personally I'd always do legs first - it being the larger muscle group I'd want to have most of my energy for them. Just a thought.

yeah i agree with rocky, do legs first man, they are big and need much energy. Anyway thats a real solids session and u are moving some big weights to man, good work:)

Session looked good. I like the higher volume, and respectable weight you were using as well. Pull-ups were awesome, I wish I could do atleast 1 set of 12 :tear: Good work :xyxthumbs:

Oh btw, I think you could have taken one of those back exercises out and one of those bicep curls out and done cardio. Even if the cardio was only 10-15 minutes, any cardio is beneficial.

paul- the reason for now cardio was that i oversleep and i had only time for like one hour in the gym. i will do it tomorrow

week 1 done and it suprised me how i was getting good numbers even tho i was only resting 1 min. it suprised me also that some exercises i did for 6 reps i could also do for 10 reps so im getting to belife that higer volume is better than max-ot
