Did you hire a reputable trainer/nutrionist yet?

I highly suggest it. Not because your going about this process terribly wrong. I'm just saying someone with alot of experience might be able to guide you in the right direction. All you would have to do is listen and learn.

Why the hell are you doing sprints in your off season training??

i hired a nutrion guru, wich is gonna help me alot, i think

i just wanna have a healthy heart that is why i do cardio and sprints

You should continue to post pics often... like once a month... it will really keep you motivated to stay conditioned and you will push yourself harder to get better pics up everytime. :xyxthumbs:

Good to see you get back into it. Bummer about the shoulder- hope that gets sorted out quick.

that is an intresting idea. ok i´ll do that paul, i can only do cardio these days since the shoulder is bad. im gonna let it rest up 100% and then get back at it. cardio gonna be 3x this week

today i did:shoulder,traps,back,bicep,calfs

my plan was to go and see if my shoulder was healed if not than i would just do cardio and after couple of sets it felt really fresh and good so i did some bodyparts

back:

pullups:
-total of 50 reps in 5 sets

bb rows:
-60kg for 6 reps
-70kg for 6 reps
-i was trying to have the back almost 90 degree the whole time

pulldowns:
-65kg for 6 reps

pulley rows:
-70kg for 6 reps. i used a straight bar handle

v-bar pulldowns:
-80kg for 4 reps

bb curls:
-30kg for 6 reps
-40kg for 5 reps

db curls:
-17,5kg for 6 reps
-17,5kg for 6 reps it felt pretty heavy so i kept doing the same amount

db shoulder press:
-25kg for 4 reps
-25kg for 5 reps
-25kg for 6 reps

db laterals:
-10kg for 6 reps
-10kg for 6 reps
-12kg for 5 reps

db rear laterals:
-8kg for 6 reps
-8kg for 6 reps

bb shrugs:
-100kg for 6 reps
-100kg for 6 reps. i didn´t use any straps cuz i want some strenght in my grip

standing calfs on smith machine:
-150kg for 6 reps
-150kg for 6 reps

damn i forgot to do seated calfs, iguess i´ll do it next time

did some cardio:
-i had 2 treadmills, one was with light jogging speed 7,0, the other was turned on when i did sprints and speed i did with that was:15,16,17,18
-i did this for 18 mins, 5 min warm up and didn´t have time for cooldown cuz the gym was closing.

That looks like a real nice session. 50 pull-ups is no mean feat. And to keep your back at 90 degrees with that weight on rows is good going too. Nice throughout.

im gonna do some running at 9 pm, first gonna watch acording to jim then it´s running time and i will jog around the town

íve done some sprinting cuz i ride the bus and straight when the work is over i sprint to catch the bus so that is my cardio right now. can´t afford gym membership right now but in may i can. tomorrow gonna be light jogging

Even if you can't afford gym membership I hope that doesn't mean you aren't doing any resistance work?

^That's good. Have a look around at some other non-weight training you can do though, you'll be surprised at how much there is. I know I did a thread on it ages ago in the training column and I'm pretty sure Tim has too!

im gonna do some jogging at 8pm and do some pullups and pushups i guess it will be around 1hr

yes when i can afford the gym wich gonna be next monday. but for now i just run and do bodyweight exercises

today i only could manage to do some pullups and tricep dips while waiting for the bus, LOL
