Do this contest by yourself.....which you are. At the show I'm sure there will be plenty of people that would want to help you if you ask.

You'll notice a world of difference when you have someone, that know's what there doing, take over your prep from day one.

Believe me when I say I know what I'm talking about.

Oh, I think you should do some cardio this week. Its not going to hurt you, and it sure will help out a little. Just my suggestion.

paul:im gonna do cardio this week and im thinking to post some pics on thursday just b4 i leave. i will have some tan on then

today:light arm day and cardio

exercises done:
bb curls
db curls
e-z bar curls
e-z bar extension
cable pushdown
one arm extension

cardio:did intense 20 mins of running of speed 11,0

jeff willet is not my #1 idol now, a guy in my gym 30-35yrs of age is my new idol he can bench:130kg deadlift:200kg and squat 160kg and yeh he´s natural and has been doing max-ot training for quite some time now you guys should see his arms the must be like 18-20"

today i did light shoulders and intense cardio

exercises:
db shoulder press
db laterals
db rear laterals
bb shrugs

Cardio:
-20 min running,speed 11,0

Just got a call from the promoter of the show and he told me that the teen divison is for 21yrs and under so i won´t compete there. my class is under 80kgs. wich is middleweights i guess. i will go against 3 guys, bring it, it´s gonna be a war!!!!!

im gonna pose alot today. my posing song is kiss from a rose by SEAL

today i did cardio and depleation workout

cardio:
-20 min intense running speed 11,0

i did 20+ reps upperbody workout
5 sets of upperbody then i did 5 sets of 5 exercises for each part of the upperbody so in the end i was superpumped.

i guess this is my last entry for a week and a half but i´ll post vids and pics on monday. im gonna pig out after the contest for sure

today i did, chest,tricep,legs,some back

incline db press:
-30kg for 6 reps
-32kg for 6 reps

bb bench press:
-70kg for 6 reps
-70kg for 5 reps
-70kg for 4 reps

dips weighted:
-10kg plate for 6 reps

e-z bar extension:
-20kg for 6 reps
-30kg for 6 reps
-30kg for 6 reps

cable push down:
-80kg for 6 reps
-80kg for 6 reps

squats:
-80kg for 6,5,4 reps

bb lunges in the squat rack:
-50kg for 6 reps, 2 sets

stiff leg deadlifts:
-80kg for 6 reps
-100kg for 6 reps

then it was back:

i went over to the pullup bar and i get one rep and i stopped after that rep cuz i got so much pain in the shoulder, don´t know why so i tryed to do another back exercise and i went to do bb rows and same pain comes, the most pain was in the rear delt, left side. so i stopped and sayd well i don´t wanna hurt myself more so i called it a day
