You cant train legs? What is this you cant crap. Is your leg in a cast? The thing is-that the pain is in the groin and when i do deep squats i get this damn sick pain but the most pain is when i do leg press so maybe i´ll skip leg press and just do squatst, not deep squats but half squats or 3/4 of a squat ROM. i´ll do my best, legs today

did cardio at noon
-20 min running at speed 10,0
-did some posing for calfs and damn the left one has good seperation in it, made me happy

Wouldn't advice training legs close to contest time. It draws water into them. This of course only matters if you're in shape...

leg day and some cardio

BB squats:
-90kg/200lbs for 6 reps
-90kg/200lbs for 6 reps
-as i sayd earlier that it hurts more if i go deep so i did 3/4 of a full squat

BB lunges:in the squat rack
-50kg/110lbs for 6 steps for each leg
-50kg/110lbs for 6 steps for each leg
-last time i did 60kg/135 so i didn´t wanna hurt myself so i went lighter

Stiff leg deadlifts:
-110kg/242lbs for 3 reps, the grip was slipping so i had to rack it
-100kg/225lbs for 5 reps, had to quit on 5 reps cuz the grip was slipping
-i forgot the straps and i payd the prize cause i could have done heavyer then 110kg/242lbs

seated calfs plate loaded:
-4plates 20kg/45´s for 8 easy reps
-5plates 20kg/45´s for 6 hard reps

calfs on leg press:
-200kg/440lbs for 8 easy reps
-220kg/485lbs for 6 harder reps

cardio:
-20 mins of running,speed 10,0
-i watched the football/soccer game between iceland-spain while i was running

There we go max, hell of a workout, you got alot of heart to work out through that pain, yah just stay light, i think it was important you just had that workout, once again you showed alot of heart, and porved that your dedicating it al for this show
