cardio is getting better and more fun, i go to the track in the evenings and do 100m sprints. so far my best time is 14,55 secs.

i also do running after weight training

today-was a bad leg day and some cardio
Squats:
-30kg for 12 reps
-30kg for 10 reps
-70kg for 6 reps
-80kg for 6 reps
-90kg for 4 reps

Alternating each leg-bb lunges in the squat rack:
-60kg for 6 step each leg
-60kg for 6 steps each leg

Stiff leg deadlifts:
-100kg for 6 reps
-110kg for 6 reps

Plate loaded seated calf raises:

-3plates 45´s for 8 reps easy ligt weigt
-4plates 45´s and 10lbs plate

smithmachine standing calf raises:
-110kg for 8 reps
-120kg for 8 reps

Cardio:
-20 min work,running at 11,0

storytime:
-since last night my inner thigh has been hurting real bad and when i did squats, man i hurt like hell but i did go trough it, i mean the pain is really really close to you balls so it was not a good leg day, it sucked big time. but those sprints are killing me and meaning they are good

i had a protein shake right after
whey from eas with some bcaa
23g protein
1,3g carbs

Squats, Lunges and Deads. What more could anyone ask for, supreme work Max and props for doing cardio after that. That takes some balls dude.

Okay here we go easy arms day.bicep,tricep,forarms,cardio

BB curls:
-the bar for 12 reps
-the bar for 10 reps
-40kg/90lbs for 6 reps
-45kg/100lbs for 5 reps

Db curls:
-20kg/45lbs for 6 reps
-22kg/50lbs for 6 reps a bit harder

e-z bar curls:
-45kg/100lbs for 4 reps cheated a bit on the 4th reps, im guessing that the e-z bar is around 5kg/10lbs

E-z bar extension:
-15kg/35lbs for 12 reps
-15kg/35lbs for 10 reps
-35kg/80lbs for 6 reps
-35kg/80lbs for 6 reps hard six

Cable pushdowns:
-80kg/175lbs for 6 reps
-80kg/175lbs for hard 6 reps

One arm db extension:
-15kg/35lbs for 6 reps on each hand

2 exercises for forarms and 2 sets on both. reps 8-10

Cardio:
-20min work,speed at 11,0,HRT:160

i did high reps 15 reps+,5 sets on all supersets
gonna try to get cut enough

can i ask whats with the change so close to D-DAY? is it common to do more reps when near the comp?

im just trying to get more definiton by doing ultra high reps
i coulnd´t train legs after i hurt myself in the groing region near the innerthigh
hurts like hell to walk so i couldn´t do any running so my cardio was slow paced 55mins, i did calfs tho

o rite i always thort it was a bit of a myth that high reps = rdefinition? isnt it just the diet + cardio that gives you more definition

i can run now, pretty happy about that, i can´t train legs tho so i did cardio of 20 min running,speed 10,0
