Good solid Back routine there m8! :xyxthumbs: Good weights being used. Impressed with your 140kg on deads and the 90kg barbell rows. Awesome work. Gives me some inspiration for my back workout, which is in about 1 hour :hsughr: . Keep lifting hard and go win the comp man! :xyxthumbs:

whats with this 16 minute cardio man? it seems like your still trying to find the easiest way to do cardio. Cardio wasn't intended to be easy. So stop your bitching about it and do some cardio actually worthy of being called cardio.

180 cals burned in 16 minutes is far from hard man, if you seriously think thats hard your in awful shape.

man up Max, because I've still yet to see anything impressive come from you and your show preperation.

im not trying to find the easy way out, those 16 mins are really intense but i alternate between 16 and 20min cardio session and today i was so carb depleated that i didn´t have the energy to do 20 min tweak. im in good shape tweak. i wished i were near you and we would do some hard cardio and im sure i would kick ur ass tweak

Ive actually burned a little over 300 cals. within 15 minutes, and I was pretty carb depleted. You just got to push yourself. What cardio equipment are you using anyway? You need to get on something like the stair master, bump the levels up on that and you have no choice but to work, and work hard.

What happended to your HIIT for cardio? Werent you doing that? You should be in good enough shape to atleast do a miles worth of HIIT. That would be great, gets the heart pumpin' pretty quickly, and doesnt stop.

Max - you realize I burn 170 just walking for 15 minutes on an incline right? Theres not a single intense thing about that. So saying your 16 minutes was very intense and you only burned 150 is obviously saying your quite out of shape and really need to train your heart with much more effort.

I would also take Pauls advice, the stair stepper is the best piece of equipment in there, use it.

arent you 22? This comment was extremely immature. Its something an 8th grader would say.

Leave the man alone and let him do things the way he wants to, some people gotta learn by doing instead of learing by being told.

yo gotta listen to what tweak says, even if he says it in a way that makes him sound like a prick. The judges will prolly be tougher on you then tweak was. Either way nice improvement over this last month or so, work just as hard, if nto harder for the next 4 weeks. Win or lose it will be a great experiance for you
