Pulldowns:
-70kg for 6 reps

Machine rows:

cable rows:

Db rows:

DB shoulder press:

BB Bench press(Flat):
-37kg for 12 reps(warm up)

-52kg for 6 reps(warm up)
-55kg for 3 reps(weight acclimation set)
-63kg for 1 reps(weight acclimation set)
-70kg for 6 reps heavy

Incline smith machine press:

Weighted dips:
-10kg plate for 6 reps

ABS:2 Exercises 5 sets 10 reps on all sets

Cardio: Bike work for 16 mins cals burned:215 Rpm:110-120

Lat pulldown:
-37kg for 12 reps(warm up)
-37kg for 10 reps(warm up)

Weigted pullups:

-5kg plate for 6 reps

Cardio:

-bike work but a diffrent bike and lil more time. 20 mins of work
-Cals burned:200 rpm:100-105 and i was like i came from the shower i was very sweaty LOL

BB squats:
-52kg for 12 reps(warm up)
-52kg for 10 reps(warm up)
-72kg for 6 reps(warm up)
-80kg for 6 reps
-90kg for 6 reps

Leg press:
-200kg for 6 reps
-200kg for 6 reps

Straight leg deadlifts:
-90kg for 6 reps
-90kg for 6 reps

Seated calf raises plate loaded

-3 plates for 8 reps
-4 plates for 6 reps felt pretty heavy

leg press calf raises:

-200kg for 8 reps
-220kg for 6 reps

Cardio:

-16 mins of Bike work,rpm:110-120,level:2, cals burned around 200

BB curls:
-40kg for 6 reps
-40kg for 6 reps

Alternate DB curls:
-17,5kg for 6 reps
-20kg for 4 reps

e-z bar curls:
-30kg for 6 reps

E-z bar lying extension:
-30kg for 6 reps
-30kg for 6 reps

cable pushdowns:
-40kg for 6 reps
-40kg for 6 reps

One arm db extension:
-15kg for 6 reps on each arm

Cardio:
-20 mins of work on the bike, RPM:120 Cals burned:165

You are lifting heavy!!! Even you are only 5 weeks out! I believe your cardio is going well. Keep the work that hard!

Fallen-i do 3 warm up sets and 2 weight acclimation sets those are just for let the body get used to heavyer weights before i do my 2 heavy sets

Today was cardio time
-20 min work on the bike,Rpm:120 most of the time,cals burned 190,HRT:154

Weight:
AM:76kg/168lbs
Last night before bed:78kg/172lbs
