Looks like your workouts are extremely set out man
With the lack of form you did in the past, and all, and with better form
and still those decent weights, you could be in the Max-OT team
:D

today was back,bicep,cardio,abs
chins
-bodyweight 15 reps
-bodyweight 12 reps
-bodyweight 10 reps

Underhand pulldowns like jay does:
-40kg for 10 reps
-45kg for 10 reps
-50kg for 10reps

Db rows:
-25kg for 10 reps
-27kg for 10 reps
-30kg for 10 reps pretty hard

v-handle pulldowns:
-50kg for 10 reps
-55kg for 10 reps
-60kg for 10 reps very hard this one

2 arm db rows on a bench:
never done these before so i gave it a try
-12kg for 15 reps
-15kg for 15 reps
-17kg for 15 reps just squeezing

Db preacher curls:
-8kg for 15 reps
-10kg for 15 reps
-12,5kg for 6 reps
-drop set 10kg for 15 reps on each side

Standing db curls:
-12,5kg for 10 reps
-15kg for 10 reps
-17,5kg for 8 reps

Consetration curls:
-8kg for 15 reps
-8kg for 15 reps
-10kg for 15 reps

just getting that burn baby

Abs:did 200 reps+ can´t remember how many

Cardio:hour on the treadmill just walking, cuz i wasn´t 100% but i wanted to hit the gym

today was leg day and cardio and ofcourse abs

leg extension:
-90lbs for 15 reps
-110lbs for 15 reps
-130lbs for 15 reps

leg press
-130kg for 20 reps
-140kg for 20 reps
-150kg for 20 reps

front squats smith machine:
3 sets of 30 kg for 15 reps, wasn´t feeling to good when i was doing these couldn´t breathe properly weird stuff

stiff leg deadlifts:
-40kg for 15 reps
-60kg for 12 reps
-80kg for 8 reps

lying leg curls:
-3 sets of 50lbs for 15 reps

did calfs seated and did with 2 plates for 10reps for 8 sets

abs:300reps

cardio:
-just plain boring walking cardio for an hour, wasn´t sure if i could maneged to run.

This seassion was just really depressing, i mean i couldn´t do heavy stuff and the troat was killing me at times so let´s hope i´ll get a better session tomorrow.
-sometimes you just gotta go light and listen to your body

here we have chest,tricep,shoulders

incline db flyes:
-12kg for 15 reps
-15kg for 15 reps
-17kg for 15 reps

Flat db press
-3 sets with 25kg db for 10 reps

Db incline press:
-3 sets with 20kg db for 10 reps

Dips: 3 sets to failure

cable crossover:
-4 sets with 15kg for 15 reps

Rope pushdown:
-30kg for 10 reps
-35kg for 10 reps
-40kg for 10 reps

e-z bar close grip presses:

-3 sets with 30kg for 10 reps

one arm db extension:
-6kg for 10 reps
-8kg for 10 reps
10kg for 10 reps

Db standin laterals:
-2kg for the feel
-6kg for 10 reps
-8kg for 10 reps
-10kg for 10 reps

seated db press:
-3 sets with 20kg for 10 reps

standing rear laterals:
-4kg for 10 reps
-6kg for 10 reps
-8kg for 10 reps

db shrugs:
-4 sets with 40kg db for 10 reps

abs:200 reps

cardio:
-did my hiit cardio was feeling alot better than yesterday so it was 30 mins of hiit and 20 min of walking

today was a way better session

Bodyweight after session:74 kg

AM Cardio:
cals burned 400, sprint intervals for total of 30 mins, then walking for 20min
it was like sprint for 1 1/2 mins and then walk for 2 mins for 6x and it was at incline 8,0. the walking was around 4,0 and inclined

it was way harder than my hiit

today was a switch in my routine. im gonna do shoulders with back,bicep with chest. so i let the shoulder rest for this session

Deadlifts:
-70kg warm up
-90kg for 10 reps
-110kg for 10 reps
-130kg for 7 reps at the 7th rep i felt a little pain in lower back so i stopped there

bb rows:
-60kg for 10 reps very good form
-70kg for 10 reps good form
-60kg for 10 reps, i felt i was cheating a bit with my back so i lower the weights

t-bar rows:
-2plates for 10 reps
-3plates for 10 reps
-added 10kg plate for another 10 reps, really heavy

Pulldowns:
-40kg for 15 reps
-45kg for 12 reps
-50kg for 10 reps

abs:200 reps

Then did cardio:
ironslave cardio of 50 min

20 Rep squat:

-70kg.........well on these i only got 15 so it´s gonna come next week
-50kg

Leg press
-150kg for 15 reps
-160kg for 15 reps
-170kg for 15 reps
-180kg for 12 reps

Leg curls:
-50lbs for 4 sets of 15

Stepups with a bb:
4 sets of 15 reps

Leg press calf raises:
-160kg for 20 reps
-170kg for 20 reps
-180kg for 20 reps

Plate loaded seated calf raises:
-4 sets of 2 plates for 15 reps

Cardio:slow pace on the bike for 1hour at 65-70 RPM burned cals:210

Lotta leg work there Max
plus with that cardio your legs should be sore
or was the cardio to light?
still 210 cals is veryy good after that workout

AM cardio: Best Cardio session i´ve had so far. it was boring low pace on a bike for an hour burned 210 cals. when i was half way there this hot trainer has a client doing biking also and starts talking to me about my training and me going 2x a day now and apperently does watch what i do cuz noticed that i workout for 3hours in the PM. i told her that i was doing this show and all and told her my diet and my bf% and she was wow that is amazing what u are doing and she was impressed and she was impressed that i do sacrifiece a lot but anyway Stay classy musclemecca

Crazy leg workout..you seem more determined now. But I would do leg extensions after squats and press.

Next time you will get the 70kg 20RM I am sure.

-30kg for 15 reps
-40kg for 12 reps

BB Bench press:
-60kg for 10 reps

after those exercises i took my t-shirt off becouse i had tank top underneath
and damn i was weiny as hell guys in the chest and arms and shoulders

bodyweight dips for 4 sets of 10

cable crossover: getting those striations going. did 4 sets and then 3 drop sets

E-z bar preacher curls:
-4 sets of 15 reps with 20kg

standing bb curls:
-30kg for 10 reps for 4 sets

Seated db curls:

-12kg for 10 reps
-15kg for 10 reps
-17kg for 10 reps........on this set veins are crazy in the right shoulder

Pushdowns:
-25kg for 10 reps
-30kg for 10 reps
-35kg for 10 reps
-40kg for 10 reps

one arm db extension:
-6kg for 10 reps
-8kg for 10 reps
-10kg for 10 reps
-12kg for 10 reps

e-z bar extension:

-30kg for 4 sets of 10 reps

Cardio: slow pace an hour at 65 rpm and 200 cals burned
