Arm session is looking pretty good. Nice to see you still are going heavy while cutting :xyxthumbs: How often do you go lighweight/high reps? I know that works will for me when im dieting, and then sometimes ill have a session where ill go like 4-6 reps.

Good job with the cardio, just keep pushing yourself and eventually you'll get there.

I think it would have been a better route to get off the max-ot training for your contest prep, then got back on it while you started doing your clean bulk.

keep it up bro your cardio is good i like to go for longer but i am looking endurance more than fat loss and your weights seem heavy but change it up i did this past week and it was a killer

I did workout with my fat younger bro who is almost 17, who is lazy it was like a version of paul, nah just kidding

BB flat bench press:

-30kg/65lbs for 12 reps
-30kg/65lbs for 10 reps
-50kg/110lbs for 6 reps
-55kg/120lbs for 3 reps
-60/135lbs for 1 strong reps
-80kg/175lbs for 2 reps
-75kg/165 for 5 reps
-70kg/150 for 4 reps

Incline press machine:
-70kg/150lbs for 6 reps
-80kg/175lbs for 6 reps
-90kg/200lbs for 2 reps

weigted dips:
-15kg/35lbs plate for 6 reps
-20kg/45lbs plate for 6 reps

Cardio:
-im gonna do some running this week not hiit but just hardcore running, no intervals
-16 min work,speed:10-14,4,HRT:170,CALS:i must have burned more than 300 but i forgot to check,

im gonna do some sprints at the track field wich in the stadium that was built here in akranes. just got the news that i can use it anytime i want!!!!!!

Evening cardio at the track field:
it´s just a semi track field just 4 laines around 200m i guess
- i did 5 100m sprints and 6 laps jogging around the soccerfield im guessing that is around 400m each lap
