yesteday i did:

Chest:

bb bench press:
-40kg for 10 reps
-50kg for 10 reps
-60kg for 10 reps
-70kg for 6 reps
-60kg for 10 reps

Incline bench press machine:
-40kg for 12 reps
-50kg for 12 reps
-60kg for 12 reps
-70kg for 12 reps
-80kg for 12 reps

db flat db press:
-30kg for 6 reps

And i did low volume for tricep and ashamed that i didn´t pound them

did cardio: 4 sprints at speed: 14,15,16,17

BB shoulder press:
-25kg for 10 reps
-30kg for 10 reps
-35kg for 10 reps
-30kg for 10 reps

db shoulder press:
-12kg for 12 reps
-15kg for 12 reps
-17kg for 12 reps
-20kg for 12 reps

Cable side laterals:
-4 sets of 10kg for 15 reps

Db rear laterals:
-4kg for 20 reps
-6kg for 20 reps
-8kg for 20 reps
-10kg for 20 reps

Db shrugs:
-32kg for 12 reps
-35kg for 12 reps
-37kg for 12 reps
-40kg for 12 reps

BB shrugs:
-4 sets of 100kg for 10 reps

BB squats:
-40kg for 12 reps
-50kg for 12 reps
-60kg for 12 reps
-70kg for 12 reps

Leg press lever:
-130kg for 12 reps

the death-Walking lunges:

Leg curls:

-that only took me 4hours, i had to do this cuz i missed a workout, don´t wanna do that again

4 fricken hours of working out!!!!!!!!

just a quick suggestion for next time.. when you miss a workout.. just miss it.. dont try and make it up like this.. your body can not handle this much load.. your doing yourself more harm then good.. once again only my advice.. and i can guarantee you that if you trained at a high intensity you would not have the energy to last this long in one session.. thats just crazy.

im taking tims advice and also layne norton. also serb is right that i shouldn´t make up for it. i will do that next time, btw high volume has done great for many bbers

theres really nothing wrong with high volume.. but wtf.. 4 hrs.. your body cant take that much abuse.. personally i dont know how you train.. by the videos ive seen of you.. your not a very intense trainer at all.. you dont train to failure.. so im sure this 4 hr session was a breeze for you. train with me for 30 mins ill have you puking your guts out.

true serb still my workouts are not a walk in a park tho

well a walk in the park is a bad comparison but you dont train the way you should.. you need to push yourself.. training is supposed to be fun but also very painful.. today i trained with 3 other guys.. one had to sit down cause he got so dizzy.. the other almost puked.. you should feel like this after every session if you train right.

hate to be harsh but maybe thats why you haven't progressed in 3 years dude...Try taking some advice, it can only help. Obviously what you have been doing isnt working.

and thats gonna get you bigger how? the only way to stimulate new muscle tissue is by forcing the last rep.. indeed the last rep is the only thing that will make you grow.. it will tear down your fast twitch muscles and then by a good diet helps you recover.. i can train for reps to.. but if im not pushing myself in the last few reps or better yet struggling im not doing absolutely nothing.
