leg day
squats:100kg for 6 reps,105kg for 5 reps,110kg for 4 reps
leg press:220kg for 6 reps,240kg for 6 reps
stiff leg deadlift:130kg for 6 reps,130kg for 4 reps
calfs:
standing calfs:stack+15kg for 8 reps,stack+20kg for 7 reps,stack+25kg 6 reps
seated calfs plate loaded:4 plates for 8 reps,5 plates for 6 reps
Resultsn squats i had my handgrip on the bara littlemore than shoulder wide like platz does and that felt really good. i didn´t go deep enough on the last set for squats. the leg press is really bad. the max weight is 220kg so all my mass will come from squats. calfs were pretty good
