Your bicep curling is pretty darn strong in comparison with your bodyweight!
Just a suggestion - add another 1/2 more sets to each exercise on your arm day, since they are all isolation exercises.
To repeat what Tweak said....Squats are high figures and you should be happy with 'em!
Keep it all up until the contest. - It WILL be worth it you know that.
The anticipation and the waiting for the contest requires strong will power, you have done it before and you can do it again.
