i did calfs with legs, i forgot to post it sorry bro. i did 2 sets of plate loaded seated calfs:8 reps@3 plates good streatch,then 6 reps@4 plates good streatch then i did leg press:8 reps@210kg,6 reps@220kg

today i did cardio. 16 min of max-ot cardio

next week is gonna be off training but i gotta do cardio as jeff willet put it "when in contest prep you gotta bend the rules a little bit"

incline db flyes:15 reps@20kg,12 reps@22kg,10 reps@25kg
smith machine incline press:10 reps@40kg,10 reps@50kg,10 reps@60kg,6 reps@70kg
cable crossover:did around 7 sets,4 sets of 10,2 sets of 20 and 1 set of 30 reps
bb curls:2x6 reps@40kg
incline db curls:4x12 reps@15kg
e-z bar preacher curls:20 reps@5kg,15 reps@10kg,12 reps@20kg
cable curls:eek:n a inclined bench-20 reps@25kg,15 reps@30kg,12 reps@35kg,12 reps@40kg,12 reps@45kg

decided to do what i like best not what is best for me. so im gonna quit max-ot and do what i wanna do and exercises i wanna do

pullups bodyweight:12 reps,10 reps,8 reps
bb rows:12 reps@50kg,2x12 reps@60kg
pulldown rear:12 reps@45kg,12 reps@50kg,12 reps@55kg
straight bar cable rows:3x12 reps@60kg

pushdown:12 reps@50kg,12 reps@60kg,12 reps@70kg hard.....
e-z bar extension:3x12 reps@30kg
one arm pushdown:4x12 reps@10kg

Cardio:did slow intensity walking 60 mins

that´s all for today

standing calf raises:2x8 reps @150kg
seated calfs plate loaded:2x5 plates @ 8 reps

squats w/ wood for the heals:6 reps@102kg,5 reps@102kg,4 reps@105kg
leg press:6 reps@stack,4 reps@stack+20kg
leg extension:3x20 reps of 70 lbs
straight leg deadlift on a block:6 reps@100kg,6 reps@110kg these are way harder.
leg curls:3x15 reps of 70lbs feel the burn

also did cardio in the morning for 20 mins

today was cardio and shoulder, cuz i didn´t do it on friday wich i went to the movies to see that movie Eragon

bb military press:
6 reps@60kg
6 reps@60kg this was ectually the 3rd set cuz in the second set at the 2 rep i banged the bar in the thing so i went out of rhytm so i couldn´t do the 2nd rep so i decided to do just 2 sets

db shoulder press: 6 reps@30kg

db laterlas:
6 reps@15kg easy
6 reps@17kg better

db rear laterals:
6 reps@17kg

db shrugs:
2x6 reps@45kg

that military press is looking good along with them side laterals. Are you getting stronger with dieting still or have you begun to lose any strength?

nice shrugs at the end too dude, great job keep up the excellent work

Yeah, me too. Looks like you smashed chest pretty good today, and your other workouts look good too. How do you like the break from max-ot?

i took a week of max-ot so i back at it, i like max-ot the best cuz i know it gives me the best gains i can get

4 reps@150kg i thougt this would be easy and get 6 but not all
6 reps@130kg kinda easy
pulldowns:
6 reps@75kg
6 reps@80kg
bb rows:
6 reps@70kg
6 reps@80kg
the focus was on FORM!!

Sounds like your doing nicely.

Don't rely on the calipers like I know you use. (calipers inaccurate to a degree)

Go by the mirror!


If you got straitions in shoulder, chest and Obliques at least, then you know your in business!
