Im sure your legs are pretty sore after that squatting!

My legs are fine after the squatting as was mostly singles. My delts are pretty beat after the DB presses though. Haven't done them in ages.

I think I'm going to do some more volume instead of singles in squat the next few months.
When you are knocking out 180kg for a single?!?

How about banging out several sets at say 170-175kg?

My max is 195kg but due to a lower calorie intake for me the next few months my strength is not what it has been. I might just stick to doing 3x3-4x8-5x5 in front squats and stay on 1-3 of sets in squats.
