that's not a bad benching day bro, still they are 130 and 140 kg's..that's heavy, the same goes for inclines as well, 50 kg's db is very impressive, good job Bravo :2:

I love them personally but haven't been able to hit them heavy for a while since I do deadlifts beforehand.

I'm a member of 3 gyms and this is the best equipped as far as free weights goes.

160 kg for 10 reps on barbell rows?! WTF?! ok dude, i would love to see a video of that, its not that i doubt that u can do it, but i have serious problems believieng ur form is intact with such weights on that exercise. i mean, thats more weight than most pro bbers use.

LOL that's okay dude. My form is pretty reasonable during those and I think Tunen would agree. This is not a Jane Fonda workout. :xyxthumbs:

But most pro's use more than that. At least from the numerous BB movies I've seen.

I just place the bar on my shoulders and cross my arms and hold the bar that way.

My training partner place the DB between my feet otherwise I wouldn't do it. It's a good exercise though. :2:

i do that as well... but im unable to control the weight when i get heavy.... im not talking about physically being able to lift it... but i have a lot of troubles keeping ot on my shoulders, even when my back is purfectly straight.
