I like low incline presses a lot better than flat presses. And thank you for the comment btw. :tiphat:

BGL--> Thanks. the set with 40kg dips was a bit too heavy though.

nice work JB. I do spiders on an inclined bench, i find it easier than with the verticle side of the preacher bench.

Wouldn't that just be a preacher curl then? :wutyousay:

I think the whole point of spider curls is that you do them on a complete vertical surface.
Anyway it is probably my favorite biceps exercise.

Arms are verticle.... you lie face down on the incline bench with your arms hanging and curl that way with the barbell/EZbar

Thanks. The T-bar felt a little weird at first because I felt I almost was falling over.

solid work, nice job using wide grip thats always fun :2:

and doing the spider curls on incline bench is the same thing as you do em, ive done em both ways before and actually prefer incline bench better for em.

When ever I use a wide grip I can feel much more in the upper part of my back, so I try to use wide grip as often as possible.

I have tried both versions and I like both very much.

tKD--> you are the weakest link. :keke:
