We start on our new program next Monday so untill then it's just semi-weak training.

PrinceVagina--> Yes both arms at the same time and we do them on an incline bench but you could do them on a flat bench as well.

I like doing those supported rows, I only do them with an EZ bar I'll have to try the DB's.
