great workout bro good weights and some heavy lifting :tiphat:, im yet to train my quads from post contest, my next leg session is next week on monday, ill just have to look at those heavy squats for some great motivation :hyperguy:.

I'd like to top my old deadlift 1RM before Christmas so that will be one of my goals for the rest of the year.

I've got one video but it's pretty long. Have to see if I can edit some of it before upload.

Rocky--> I don't know what our next routine will look like since Nissen and I usually leave that up to the Jew. Mostly because we're too lazy to be bothered with it. The Jew is in NY at The Annual Crooked Nose convention so we have to wait for him to get back before we can start on something fresh.
