Damn that must have given you a hell of a pump, but don't you think that is over kill? If arms are not your strong point you may want to look at your volume because it could be a result of over training. Have you considered doing lower volume with high intensity to see if that could or would promote better growth for you compared to high volume?

that is odd. I think If I were you I would lower the amount of set, not do super sets in general, and just hit your arms heavier with fewer sets.

I did that before and actually still do them on one of the other training days. I just added the 10x10 for arms since it does work wonders but it's just God awful boring to do.

My BW is nearing 200lbs and my strength is nearly back to normal except leg strength which is still weak.
