I'm going to log my training again leading up to my next competition. I'll only be logging exercises and sets since my training is pretty intense as far as rest goes. I really don't have time to write anything down since all sets are being done back to back.
I usually do 4 worksets for each exercise and the reprange is anywhere from 3 to 20 reps all depending on what I'm training, how my joints are feeling and so on.
Usually when we are doing supersets my buddy will start with the other exercise and we'll switch as soon as possible, so the rest I'm getting is at an absolute minimal.
I've been training like this since February and the only thing that has changed is the weight I'm lifting since I'm getting weaker due to the diet.

Todays training.

Incline DB. Press: 4 worksets.

Decline Benchpress superset with Low Incline DB. Flyes: 4x4 sets

Benchpress superset with Dips: 4x4 sets

Overhead Cable Extensions: 3 sets

My workout took about 25 minutes in total.

Pulldown: 4 sets
Weighted Hypers superset with Seated Cable Rows: 4x4 sets to failure.
Chest Supported DB. Curls: 3 sets to failure.

Two different cable curls exercises: 4x4 sets.

Sorry, does that mean you are doing pushdowns and dips as a superset?

If so that just made me wonder how you got through two more supersets after that. :thumbsup2:

Zigurd--> Thanks but I do mean what I said about not having the genetics to take it higher. And also it's almost impossible to turn pro in a country like Denmark.

Tim90210--> I didn't superset pushdowns and dips this time but I've done that before. I think I've done supersets with just about anything except squat. It doesn't really bother me to do supersets with the same musclegroup.

Decided to take an "off" day and trained delts and trapz. Doing legs tommorow instead.

Military Press: 4 sets @ 40kg
DB. Lateral Raise: 4 sets @ 16kg
Cable Rear Delts Superset with Bent Over Cable Shrugs: 4x4 sets

Finished off with some posing.
