I'll only be logging exercises and sets since my training is pretty intense as far as rest goes.

Incline DB. Press: 4 worksets.
Decline Benchpress superset with Low Incline DB. Flyes: 4x4 sets
Benchpress superset with Dips: 4x4 sets
Overhead Cable Extensions: 3 sets
My workout took about 25 minutes in total.

Dips: 4 sets to failure
Closegrip Benchpress: 4 sets
Decline French Press: 4 sets
Again all supersets are done back to back.
DB Hammer Curls superset with EZ BB Curl: 4x4 sets
Two different cable curls exercises: 4x4 sets.
