OH Cable Extension: 4 sets
Rev. Grip Close Grip Benchpress: 4 sets. Haven't done this in years but it's pretty good.
Dips: 4 sets to failure
Decline Two Arm DB. Frenchpress: 4 sets
Seated DB Curl: 4 sets
EZ BB. Curl: 4 sets
One Arm DB Preacher Curl: 4 sets
Standing Cable Curl: 4 sets.

4 sets of abs.

Thanks I'm pretty happy with way I look 7 weeks out. And yes hopefully I'll win the show.. I'm at least gonna do my best.

The rest periods have been kept to a minimum since March. All in all it usually takes 30 minutes in total.
