15 minutes of regular cardio followed by HIIT cardio where I did 7 sets of 30/30 seconds intervals, followed by 5 minute cool down on the treadmill... gasping for air. :turborun:

Dips superset with DB. kickbacks:
10 - failure x 11kg
9 - failure x 11kg
7 - failure x 11kg
7 - failure x 11kg

Closegrip Benchpress:
4 sets to failure x 60kg

Alternate DB Curl vs DB Concentration Curls vs Chest supp. 2 arm db. curls:
?x22kg - 10x11kg - 8x16kg
5x22kg - 7x11kg - 6x13kg

3 different cable curls exercises supersettet like above with 3 rounds in total. Didn't notice what weight I used or the no. of reps. Only the burn in my gunz :gaygay:

Thanks. I don't have to do whole lot of work for my quads (or calfs) to make them grow.- I'm pretty happy about that since I hate training legs.

Front Squat:

Lying DB. Leg Curl:
20x32kg
15x32kg
11x32kg
10x32kg

Leg Extensions vs. Standing Calf Raise vs Standing Leg Curl:
As usual with these sets I didn't count reps or noticed the weight. Just when all out for a total of 12 set in total with out any rest between sets.

And I got 105 eggs for free today which will last me about a week. :food-snacking:

how many do you eat a day?

I use about 8-10 eggs (depending on size) in the morning and I might use some (without the yolk though) in the evening if I'm really hungry.
