Chest Supported DB. Rows:

DB. Shrugs:

Hyper Extensions vs Cable Curl:
4 sets - 3 sets.

well those rack pulls doesent seem to have been affected by the recent strenght loss:D awesome weight on those. how many chins are u able to knock out JB?;)

Well they felt really heavy at least.
As far as chins goes I can get around 10-12 in my first set and then I usually fail at around 6-8 reps in the rest of the sets.

Well I don't go until I fail but I usually get as many reps as I can. Stop right before failure.

That mindset is exactly what kept my arms from growing. Now I do around two of those sessions in a week + 3 sets after my chest and back workout. My arms have really grown since I started doing this. :2:

This is the kind of attitude someone needs to do well in bodybuilding contests. JB could step on stage now and look great, but that isn't good enough for him.

haha i know man, but you know it's for motivation, i didn't said go and compete now! lol, the same with Duality.

Mvsf1--> Yeah I have some for quite a few weeks now. They're not deep or anyting like that.- just barely there.

Papi--> Yes I am having my left forearm covered with flowers and other gheynes. Just anything with bright vibrant colors.. it's not done yet at all and will get it done after my contest. Also I'm getting my left palm tattooed. :turborun:
