El Freako--> It's def. getting better.

mvsf12345--> Water is overrated.

BB--> My conditioning is getting much much better on my back, calfs and hams. It's more or less only my glutes that really needs to loose some fat yet. Of course I can still loose some fat over all :) I can see improvements from day to day now and it does really motivate me to do more cardio.

My conditioning today is better than it was yesterday.

Todays training.

Wide grip chins:
4 sets

JS Rows:
4x10x50kg

Corner Rows:
12x60kg
8x80kg
8x80kg
6x90kg

DB. Shrugs:
10x31kg
3x10x41kg

Behind-Neck BB Shrugs:

I have one from last year but I haven't even seen it yet. I didn't practice anything just made it up when I got on stage. I knew the music pretty well though.

Yeah that's true but my back is getting pretty good though.- still got some fat to loose on it. My glutes is were most of my fat is now.

As far as the last 4 weeks goes I'm not going to change anything.- just making sure that I get around 2½-3 hours of cardio a day. The last week I'm not going to do any cardio at all, so I only have 4 weeks of cardio left.
