Wow. Some people would consider you stage ready now......

Seriously though the definition in the legs and glutes at this stage are looking sharp already despite the lack of colour.

Thanks, Tim90210. My back (and triceps) is really where I hold the most fat at this point, but hopefully that will change soon.

Todays training.
Just recently started to do back squats again, haven't been able to do due shoulder injury. Now it doesn't hurt my shoulder if I place the bar high on my back :2:

High Bar OL squat: 3 sets, ended up doing a 5x140kg set.
Front squat: 2x8x100kg
Lying DB. Leg Curl: 15x31kg, 3x8x41kg
Hack Squat: 4 sets
Standing Leg Curl: 4 sets @ 25kg
Standing Calf Raise: 3 sets to failure.

Finished off with some posing again of course.

Todays sexy training.
Noticed I had some small blue spots on my pecs as soon as I got a good pump going.

Decline Benchpress: 4 sets, last one being a dropset.
Incline DB. Press: 4 sets
Dips superset with Low Incline/Decline DB Flyes: 4x4 sets
Seated Cable Flyes: 4 sets
Various cable pushdowns/extensions: 4 sets.

Bent Over 2 arm DB. Rows: 4xfailurex31kg
Pulldown: 4 sets
Seated Cable Rows superset with Hypers: 4x4 sets
Cable Curls: 3 sets.

I agree 100% and I actually increased my cardio yesterday so I'm well aware of my slacking abilities :D

Maybe we should hook up this weekend and figure out my free routine.- I'll bring my pyjamas and blanket and we could have a sleep-over. No homo of course. :gaygay:
