Tim--> I've changed my mind again and I'm now focusing 100% on bodybuilding. I just began my 7th diet this year and this time I really feel confident that I'll make it past the 4th week and land at around 5% BF, because I've increased my cardio to a blazing 25 minutes a day.

Just got my BF% measured with a caliper and the blind guy who did it lied to me and said it was around 12%. I trust him 100%
I'm pretty excited.

On my road to becoming a pro bodybasketballbuilder I did som crazy volume for my legs today.

Volume training.
Squat (with mouth open):
12x50kg
11x90kg
10x89kg

Seated Leg Curl (wit mouth open):
9x10kg

Standing Calf raise (with mouth open):
15xbw


My wheels where toast after that workout. Volume training is such a killer. Tomorrow is my heavy day.. which is basically the same amount of sets and exercises only fewer reps. Stay tuned.

How in hell did you improved your military a great 33% in only one step? Where u going too "light" on that exercice?

I just started doing them every week.

My goal in MP is to do 3x100kg so it's not that far away. And with rack pulls my goal is 3x300kg which also should be within reach this year.
