I was supposed to train back today, but after 12 hours of work (moving) I just trained teh pecs. Concentrated on technique and mind-muscle connection

I see you come from Iceland.. I've trained with Kristján Samuelsson a few times. Don't know if you know who he is though.

I'm getting much better of activating my pecs when doing bench... Hopefully it will pay off.

deadlifts are flippin giant as always JB :skurred:

and very awesome with the Bench Press as well and good to hear about your pecs being recruited much more during Benching, always a plus :weightlifter:
