tonight JB, I'm going to attempt to get 70lbs on Pullups for you, in total, since I'm now 200lbs, would mean I would be doing pullups with 270lbs :eek4: :skurred:

whats N.L. stand for?

everything is looking good JB, I like how you wear them shoulders out first then hit your chest, I'm assuming your trying to make your chest do more of the work that way so it actually grows right?

Why dont you do chest very last? after shoulders and triceps? :skurred:

yes that is the reason why I do shoulders first. It's actually something that Tunen told me to do. And you don't say no to Tunen:noesskull:

The squats felt pretty easy and so did the benching. The one week rest was just what my body needed but I have been working my pecs pretty hard the past few weeks.
