Yes. That is exactly what it means.. He says that rubbing Celltech on my penis will make it look bigger. Of course he's the only one who can apply it.

Good Military press, and to put up 100kg on Bench after Military Press is awesome dude. That weight on incline is great too after all that, very good.

It does take some time, for me at least, to get comfortable with this exercise. I actually am looking forward to doing it again.

I still have to get used to not being able to bench as much when I do shoulders first:tear: but it is all in a good course.

deadlift doesnt look to shabby at all, you should be able to get that 190 in no time. Good looking squat too, especially considering you did Front Squats yesterday :eek4:
